We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Talley Rings. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

You must notify us within this 14-day period.

You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof you’ve sent them back).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Items such as custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards

Downloadable/digital products

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

Contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

After 30 days, we will work with you under your statutory rights for repair, replacement, or partial refund.
Return Process

Email info@blackbison.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

We will provide you with the return address and any reference numbers needed.

Package your item securely and send it using a trackable service (we recommend this to avoid loss in transit).
Return Costs

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If you’re returning for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
