Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

During busy periods (e.g. seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We deliver across the UK using trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues or bad weather.

If an item is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
