At Talley Rings, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods (e.g. seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


UK Shipping

We deliver across the UK using trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.


International Shipping

  • If shipping internationally, please note that delivery times vary and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues or bad weather.

  • If your order is late or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us at info@blackbison.co.uk with your order number.

  • If an item is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


We do not offer a click and collect service
